In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "classbet", "we", "us", "our" refers to the classbet platform and its operating entity, accessible at classbet.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the classbet platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the classbet platform.
• "Services" means all betting, casino, live dealer, fishing game, slot, and related gaming services made available through classbet.
• "Platform" means the classbet website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which the Services are delivered.
• "Funds" means any real-money balance held in a Player's classbet account, whether deposited directly or credited as a bonus.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process classbet uses to confirm Player eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal from a classbet account.

By accessing, registering on, or using the classbet platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the classbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and classbet. classbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, classbet will notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To open and maintain an Account on classbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. classbet enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, company, or syndicate.
• You are not residing in, or accessing classbet from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of classbet or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from classbet for any reason.

classbet permits one Account per person. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitute a violation of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all funds and permanent suspension.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided to classbet during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You must notify classbet promptly if any of your registration details change. classbet accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information supplied by the Player.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your classbet account. You agree to keep your classbet login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.

classbet will never contact you to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from classbet that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to classbet support immediately.

• You must not share your classbet account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or operate your classbet account on your behalf.
• You must not use another person's classbet account or payment method without their explicit consent.
• You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the classbet platform in any way not expressly authorised by classbet.

classbet reserves the right to conduct identity checks, request additional verification documents, and temporarily freeze account activity at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms or of fraudulent conduct. classbet will lift any such freeze promptly upon satisfactory resolution of the relevant investigation.

classbet accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and SadaPay. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the classbet cashier at the time of transaction. classbet does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which classbet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to classbet's anti-money laundering obligations. Where this is not possible, classbet will contact you to agree an alternative method. All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. classbet targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though actual transfer times are subject to the receiving institution.

• classbet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment method not registered in the Player's own name.
• classbet may delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is an open investigation into the account.
• Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable and must first satisfy applicable wagering requirements.

All bets and gaming activity on classbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published within each betting market or game lobby on the classbet platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

classbet reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error or platform malfunction affects the integrity of the outcome.
• A bet was placed after the event or round had already concluded, regardless of how the bet came to be accepted.
• The odds or pay-table displayed were the result of a manifest error — including obvious pricing mistakes — that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or other conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of the event.

In cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, Test matches, and T20I events — settlement is governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. classbet is not liable for errors in scorecard data provided by third-party data suppliers, though classbet will make reasonable efforts to correct any misssettlement promptly upon notification.

classbet offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms — including eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, wagering requirements, and expiry periods — which are published alongside the relevant promotion on the classbet platform.

The following general conditions apply to all classbet bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may not be claimed more than once.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• classbet reserves the right to withdraw or alter any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• If a Player withdraws before completing the applicable wagering requirement, any remaining Bonus Funds and winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting low-margin games to meet wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or co-ordinating with other Players to exploit promotions — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings and may result in account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the classbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with classbet.
• Using the classbet platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity.
• Placing bets using funds obtained through fraudulent payment methods, including stolen card details or compromised JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or errors in classbet's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, arbitrage software, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain systematic advantage over classbet's pricing.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed at classbet.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards classbet support staff or other players in any classbet communication channel.
• Accessing the classbet platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, using a VPN or other technical means to conceal your true location.

classbet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities and will disclose account information where required to do so by a lawful order.

All content on the classbet platform — including but not limited to the classbet brand name, logo, design, software, text, images, game assets, odds data, and user interface — is the exclusive property of classbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the classbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any classbet content is granted by these Terms or by your access to the platform.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any classbet software. The classbet name and logo may not be used in connection with any third-party product or service without classbet's prior written consent.

classbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to classbet processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

classbet processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications. classbet does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all classbet Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your classbet account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure session duration reminders that notify you when you have been active on classbet for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from classbet for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and classbet will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching you.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time spent and amounts wagered during the current session.

If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour or that of someone you know, classbet encourages you to access self-exclusion tools via your account settings or contact classbet support for assistance and signposting to appropriate help resources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, classbet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your classbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

classbet shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of goodwill or reputational damage.
• Losses arising from platform unavailability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from your use of any third-party payment provider, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa service outages or transaction delays.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits classbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

classbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit Funds, at its discretion in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a Player's payment provider.
• Identification of a prohibited Player — including a self-excluded Player attempting to re-register.
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring classbet to suspend the Account.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation and classbet's investigation concludes in the Player's favour, classbet will reinstate the Account and any withheld Funds without undue delay. classbet will communicate the outcome of any suspension investigation to the Player in writing within 10 business days.

You may close your classbet Account at any time by contacting classbet support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to KYC completion.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which classbet holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and classbet that cannot be resolved through classbet's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's player dispute resolution mechanism. classbet will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of any jurisdiction in which those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by contract.

classbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could significantly affect your rights or obligations — classbet will provide not less than 14 days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent on-platform notification.

Your continued use of the classbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using classbet and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Previous versions of the classbet Terms & Conditions are available on request from classbet support.
